Here at LINE-X, our Franchise Network is our most important responsibility. Because of LINE-X’s dedication and responsibility to our Franchise Network, and in an effort to aid in the success of a new Franchise owner, we offer a comprehensive three-week training program — one week onsite at LINE-X headquarters in Huntsville, AL, and two weeks onsite at your new LINE-X Franchise location.
During Week 1 of New Franchise Training, Franchisees will receive the advanced training needed to provide your customers with the highest level of quality service, and offers training in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Business Accounting, Introduction to Products and Applications, Human Resources, as well as a host of other classes catered toward providing a comprehensive training experience focused on the effective and profitable operation of a LINE-X Franchise.
During Week 2 of training, a Technical Representative will arrive at your location to assist you with final installation of your equipment package as well as conduct technical training in its proper use and care. This technical training week at your facility offers you the unique ability to train in your shop, with your equipment, on your turf.
The final week of training will be conducted by your designated Regional Manager. This expert business operations consultant will provide you with additional support and training focusing on key areas such as: Outside Sales, Quality Customer Service, and Franchise Operations.
Upon successful completion of this extensive three-week training program, LINE-X Franchisees will be certified LINE-X applicators and prepared to run a successful LINE-X Franchise. There will also be continued support, and ongoing training as new sales techniques, products and application techniques are developed. Our detailed training program and dedicated staff of trainers is another demonstration of LINE-X’s commitment to helping our Franchise Network exceed expectations for every customer in every location.

As soon as you join the LINE-X team, you’ll have access to experienced advisors and technicians to help you get started and keep your business on track.
Training doesn’t end when your store opens. Refresher and advanced training courses are available and sometimes required as new products and techniques are developed.
As a LINE-X Franchise you will have access to a Technical Team that will assist with the initial set-up and installation of your LINE-X equipment and will work to train your staff in application and maintenance procedures. Tech Support is available 24/7 to assist with any technical problems that may arise.
We routinely collect best sales practices gathered throughout the LINE-X network to maximize sales efforts in both wholesale and retail markets.
LINE-X offers an in-house procurement service and will provide all necessary equipment and supplies at a special Franchise price. We work with our Franchisees regularly to develop and utilize innovative new products, services, and operational systems to adapt to aftermarket trends.
