To enter, follow @LINEXNorthAmerica on Instagram, like the official Ultimate Tailgate Giveaway announcement video, and tag three friends in the comments of the announcement video. That’s it—once you’ve completed all three steps, you’re entered for a chance to win.

The winner will receive the ultimate game day setup, including one LINE-X Premium Bedliner with UV Protection (up to $900 USD value, black only, no custom colors), one LINE-X Expedition Cooler (75 qt), $1,000 USD cash awarded via check, one ButcherBox Tailgate Time Gift Box (a $99 USD value), and a BBQ tool set. For Canadian winners, the value of the LINE-X Premium Bedliner and the $1,000 USD cash prize will be converted using the applicable exchange rate at the time the winner is selected. The ButcherBox Tailgate Time Gift Box is not available for shipping to Canada; in the event a Canadian winner is selected, an equivalent prize of equal value will be provided. The giveaway runs from Friday, July 31 through Monday, August 31 at 5:00 PM EST. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who comply with all entry requirements. Participants must complete all required steps, including following @LINEXNorthAmerica on Instagram, liking the official giveaway announcement video, and tagging three friends in the comments of the announcement video, to be eligible to win. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Leaving multiple comments will not increase your chances of winning, and tagging more than three friends in the comments will not increase your chances of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or do not comply with these official rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of LINE-X. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms, as well as all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 1 at 10:00 AM EST. The selected winner will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message from @LINEXNorthAmerica on September 1 at 10:00 AM EST. The winner must respond within 48 hours with their contact information. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected.

Once the Ultimate Tailgate Giveaway winner is selected at random, LINE-X will attempt to contact the winner via Instagram Direct Message from @LINEXNorthAmerica to collect shipping and contact details. The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted; failure to respond within this window may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected in LINE-X's sole discretion.

Upon confirmation of the winner's information, prize fulfillment will include a LINE-X bedliner gift certificate valued at $900 USD mailed to the winner's provided mailing address, a $1,000 USD check mailed directly to the winner's provided mailing address, a LINE-X Expedition Cooler (75 qt) shipped to the winner's provided mailing address, a ButcherBox gift box delivered digitally via email for redemption, a LINE-X coated football shipped directly to the winner's provided mailing address, and a BBQ tool set shipped to the winner's provided mailing address. LINE-X is not responsible for prizes that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the winner.

LINE-X will also notify the LINE-X location nearest to the winner, and the winner is responsible for coordinating directly with that location to schedule their bedliner installation once they receive the physical LINE-X bedliner gift certificate in the mail. The winner is responsible for bringing the LINE-X bedliner gift certificate to the LINE-X location at the time of installation to redeem their LINE-X Premium Bedliner. The bedliner gift certificate has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part. If the final cost of the bedliner installation exceeds $900 USD, the winner is solely responsible for paying the excess cost directly to the installing location. LINE-X is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, any amount exceeding the $900 USD certificate value.
