Key Responsibilities

• Prepare truck beds and other surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)
• Apply LINE-X coatings using specialized spray equipment
• Ensure proper thickness and even application across all surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment
• Assist with general shop operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive, body shop, or spray application preferred (not required — willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to perform hands-on work and stand for extended periods
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with bed liners, coatings, or paint spraying ( Not REQ)
• Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
