Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

• Prepare vehicles for spraying, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface prep 

• Apply LINE-X bedliners and undercoating products using specialized spray equipment 

• Ensure proper product thickness, coverage, and finish quality 

• Follow all safety procedures, product guidelines, and shop standards 

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep spray areas clean and organized 

• Inspect finished work for quality and durability before vehicle delivery 

• Communicate daily with Technical Lead and sales to review workload 

• Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail 

• Maintain accurate daily records as instructed  

• Provide excellent customer service 

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in spraying, automotive coatings, body shop work, or similar hands-on roles preferred (training provided for the right candidate) 

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship 

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks 

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds 

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment 

• Valid driver’s license required, clean driving record preferred
