Key Responsibilities

• Apply LINE-X spray-on bed liners and protective coatings

• Perform vehicle undercoating and rust prevention applications

• Install vehicle accessories (steps, toolboxes, bed covers, etc.)

• Prepare vehicles and surfaces for coating and installation

• Operate spray equipment and shop tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Inspect completed work to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience installing vehicle accessories and/or spraying undercoating/bed liners preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new techniques

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license required 

• Mechanic/ trade school experience is highly desirable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a shop environment
