Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles for spraying, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface prep

Apply LINE-X bedliners and undercoating products using specialized spray equipment

Ensure proper product thickness, coverage, and finish quality

Follow all safety procedures, product guidelines, and shop standards

Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep spray areas clean and organized

Inspect finished work for quality and durability before vehicle delivery

Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail.                        

Qualifications

Prior experience in spraying, automotive coatings, body shop work, or similar hands-on roles preferred (training provided for the right candidate)

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Valid driver’s license required
